Police Hunt Pervert Who Targeted Teen Near Margate Park
Police are urgently appealing for info after a mid-teen girl was sexually assaulted near a park in Margate.
The attack happened around 7.30pm on Saturday, May 25, 2019, close to Ethelbert Crescent. Shockingly, the case only came to police attention more than a week later.
Victim Lured to Vehicle and Molested
The brave girl told cops she was walking through the park when a man approached her, dragged her to his car parked nearby, and touched her inappropriately.
She described the creep as a white male, aged 40 to 50, with short grey hair, a balding patch, tall, clean-shaven, and of medium build.
Witnesses Urged to Speak Up
Police have combed through CCTV and launched multiple enquiries to unmask the predator.
Officers are urging anyone who saw suspicious behaviour in the area or knows anything about the attack to step forward now.
