Man Caught Masturbating Opposite Woman on Northern Line – Police Appeal for Witnesses!
Shocking Incident on Late-Night Tube
British Transport Police have launched an urgent appeal after a disturbing incident on the Northern Line last summer. At around 11.40pm on Thursday, 22 August 2024, a woman travelling between Balham and Old Street was targeted by a man who sat opposite her and began masturbating while staring directly at her.
Police Release Image to Track Down Suspect
Officers have now released a photo of the man and are begging the public to help identify him. Detectives believe witnesses or passengers on the train that night could hold vital information to bring the culprit to justice.
“We take all reports of sexual offences extremely seriously,” said a British Transport Police spokesperson. “We are working to ensure those responsible for such distressing incidents are identified and held accountable. No one should have to endure this type of behaviour on public transport.”
If you recognise this man, you could help stop him from offending again.
