East London’s “Willy Man” Terrorising Women with Shocking Flashes

Residents in Dagenham are on edge as a brazen flasher dubbed the “willy man” stalks their streets. This sicko strips below the waist, flashing his genitals at doorbell cameras and even sticking his penis through letterboxes.

Flasher Caught on Doorbell Cam in Disturbing Video

A chilling clip shows the pervert approaching a house on Maxey Road just before 6 a.m. wearing a face mask and top but nothing below the waist. Holding his penis, he tries his luck until a passing car scares him off. This is just one of several incidents reported by furious locals.

“It’s terrifying, and knowing this is happening has made my family feel unsafe,” a victim who wished to remain anonymous told us. “There have been multiple reports. He must be caught.”

Residents Fear Escalation as Flasher Gets Bolder

One woman revealed he stood naked from the waist down outside her door for 10 seconds, shamelessly flashing himself. She posted on social media before the video was mysteriously removed, possibly by the flasher himself.

Another victim says the man also shoves his penis through letterboxes – a vile act that’s been reported repeatedly but remains unsolved.

“If you experienced this, please report it and keep any doorbell footage. We have to stop him fast,” she urged.

Police Appeal for Help to Nab Disturbing Dagenham Pervert

The suspect has been spotted between Becontree and Dagenham, often lurking naked but wearing shoes, socks, a jacket, and a mask. Some locals believe he targets homes with Ring doorbells on purpose.

Since early January, police have been hunting a similar flasher caught exposing himself to women through letterboxes on Mayesbrook and Lilliechurch Roads. That man wore dark clothes and a black crash helmet and rode a motorcycle, but police haven’t confirmed if he’s the same culprit.

Detective Constable Sky Mulvey said, “These incidents were very distressing for the victims. We urge anyone with info, CCTV, or doorbell footage to come forward immediately.”

Witnesses or anyone with information should call police on 101 or tweet @MetCC quoting CAD 4471/04JAN. To stay anonymous, contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
