British comedian and actor Russell Brand has been grilled by the Met Police over serious historic sex offence allegations. The probe, sparked by a joint investigation from the Sunday Times, The Times, and Channel 4’s Dispatches, sees Brand in the spotlight once again.
Met Police Confirm Interview Under Caution
The Metropolitan Police revealed that Brand, in his 40s, showed up at a south London police station on November 16. Detectives interviewed him under caution regarding three non-recent sexual offences, according to The Times.

The investigation kicked off in September after multiple claims of rape, sexual assaults, and emotional abuse surfaced. The accusations, dating from 2006 to 2013, were aired by major outlets including The Times, Sunday Times, and Dispatches.
Russell Brand Denies All Claims
Brand has firmly denied the allegations, insisting that all his relationships have “always” been consensual.
