Police have made a second arrest after a 20-year-old man from Birmingham was found seriously injured in Portsmouth just before midnight on Saturday, 17 February.
London Man Arrested for Attempted Murder
A 23-year-old man from London was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in connection with the incident.
Earlier Suspect Released
Another man, aged 21, was arrested on 18 February but has since been released without charges.
