Massive Drugs Bust Across Rochdale, Cumbria and North Wales
GMP detectives launched a major crackdown this morning, executing seven warrants targeting class A drug suppliers across Rochdale, Cumbria, and North Wales. The operation is part of a concerted effort to smash serious organised crime in the region.
Cocaine, Cash and Samurai Sword Seized
So far, officers have recovered two kilos of cocaine. Today’s raids netted high-value jewellery, a samurai sword, and a hefty £2,000 in cash. The investigation is ongoing, with police determined to cut off drug supply chains.
Seven Arrested in Drug Supply Probe
- Four men aged 23-27 from Rochdale arrested for conspiracy to supply class A drugs
- A 57-year-old Rochdale man arrested on suspicion of involvement in organised crime
- A 28-year-old man from Cumbria and a 39-year-old man from Rhyl also in custody over drug supply allegations
