Vandals Wreck Seven E-Scooters in Canterbury

Canterbury has been hit by scooter sabotage. Between Sunday 25 and Saturday 31 July, seven ‘Bird’ e-scooters were found vandalised across the city.

Angle Grinder Used to Smash Scooters

The scooters appear to have been attacked with an angle grinder. Damaged devices were discovered at multiple spots including Wincheap Park and Ride, Millers Field Car Park, and the Victoria Memorial Ground.

Police Seek Info on Scooter Saboteurs

Kent Police are urging witnesses to come forward. If you saw anything suspicious or have any information, call 01843 222289 quoting ref 46/144931/21.
