Bomb Blast Rocks London Street After ULEZ Camera Vandalised

ULEZ Camera Cut Down Before Explosion

A criminal probe is underway after a ULEZ camera was chopped down and later exploded in a London street. The 123 Fire Brigade rushed in when the blast went off around 18:45, roughly 90 minutes after the camera was reportedly taken down at 17:15.

Bomb Causes Damage But No Injuries

The explosion tore into the camera, damaged nearby vehicles and even a residential property. Luckily, no one was hurt.

Police Hunting for Clues

Officers recovered the remains of an improvised explosive device (IED) and sent it off for urgent forensic analysis. They are scouring CCTV footage from around the scene. No arrests have been made yet. Authorities are keeping all options open about whether the camera tampering and the blast are linked.

“Anyone spotting suspicious behaviour or devices near ULEZ cameras should not approach, but call 999 immediately,” police warned.
