Tragic Scene as Victim Stumbles into Street Screaming for Help

Prosecutor Chris McKenna revealed that Jenkins, who was in Fraserburgh for work, managed to stagger onto the street crying for help after the savage attack. Despite emergency services’ best efforts, Jenkins died at the scene.

Dispute Turned Fatal, No Claim of Self-Defence

Defence barrister Mark Stewart KC told the court the fight started over money but escalated into violence on both sides. However, he admitted that self-defence was not a valid argument in the case.
