Man Held Over Shocking Antisemitic Attack on Jewish Schoolgirls in Hackney
A man has been arrested following a vile antisemitic attack on Jewish schoolgirls in Hackney on November 25. The Metropolitan Police’s Hate Crime Command swooped to make the arrest, and the suspect remains in custody as the probe continues.
Collaboration Between Police and Community Groups
The arrest was confirmed by Shomrim London North & East, a local community safety team working hand-in-glove with the Met Police. They’ve handed over crucial CCTV footage and mobile phone evidence, and are helping with witness and victim support.
“Our enquiries remain ongoing. We want to reassure the community that we are doing everything possible to investigate this hate crime thoroughly and bring those responsible to justice.”
