Teen Brutally Attacked and Head-Stamped During Gosport Robbery

Shocking assault rocks Gosport after a 16-year-old boy is punched, stamped on, and robbed on a local pavement.

Teen Knocked Out and Stomped On After Leaving Tesco

The violent attack happened between 1:30pm and 2pm on Saturday, 30 March. The victim had just left Tesco on Forton Road when two males approached. One was riding a bike, the other sat on the handlebars. Suddenly, the boy was punched hard on the left side of his head, knocking him to the ground.

One attacker then stamped and kicked the teenager’s head mercilessly.

Offenders Steal Crisps, Bag, and Cap

  • Assailants grabbed a multi-pack of crisps the boy had just bought.
  • They forced him to hand over his bag.
  • Stolen items included a black baseball cap with “ADDIS” written in white, a matching black ADDIS man bag, and £2 in loose change.

The victim suffered cuts, grazes, and bruises but managed to walk away after the assault.

Lookout for Two Suspects and a Mountain Bike

Police describe one attacker as 17-18 years old, 5ft 11in, slim build, short dark brown hair, and fair complexion. He wore a grey long-sleeved tracksuit top with a small logo and grey tracksuit bottoms.

The second suspect was riding a black and grey Carrara mountain bike with chunky tyres.

Police Urge Witnesses to Come Forward

“I would like to speak to anyone who witnessed this incident or anyone who thinks they know the offenders involved,” said Police Staff Investigator Jessica Tallent. “Were you in the area?
