Teen Stabbed in Chatham ‘Trails’ – Police Hunt Knife-Wielding Attacker
A 14-year-old boy was brutally attacked in broad daylight in Chatham. The shocking incident happened around 11.30am on Friday 13 August, as the teen walked along a footpath known locally as ‘The Trails’, off Albany Road.
Knife Crime Horror: Victim Refuses Robbery Demand
The young victim was approached by a man demanding his phone and wallet. When the boy refused, the attacker pulled a knife and stabbed him four times in the stomach before fleeing the scene.
The teenager bravely called 999 and was rushed to hospital. Thankfully, he has since been discharged following treatment for his injuries.
Police Describe Suspect – Public Urged to Help
Officers describe the offender as:
- White male, 40-45 years old
- Approximately 5ft 10in tall
- Slim build, dark curly hair, brown eyes, and a beard
- Unkempt appearance with dirty dark clothing
