Terrifying Attack on 12-Year-Old Schoolgirl in Gosport Alleyway
Detectives are hunting a man who grabbed a 12-year-old girl on her way to school in Gosport.
Shocking Assault in Quiet Alley
The young girl was walking through an alley off 1 Avenue leading onto Eastbourne Avenue when a man suddenly grabbed her arm and assaulted her. Luckily, she fought back and escaped to safety.
Suspect Description Released
Police describe the attacker as a white man, early 40s, muscular build, about 6ft tall. He had short, greasy blond hair and wore a dark blue hoodie.
Police Step Up Patrols and Call for Witnesses
The attack happened between 8 and 8:15am on October 11. Extra police patrols are now in the area to protect locals. Officers urge anyone who saw suspicious activity to contact the Eastern Investigation Team on 101, quoting reference 44170394329.
