Teen Stabbed in Colchester: Two Held for Attempted Murder
Essex Police have arrested two men after a 16-year-old boy was stabbed in Colchester. The attack happened around 6:30 pm on Tuesday at the busy junction of Queen Street and Priory Street.
Victim Hurt but Stable
Emergency services rushed to the scene, and the teenager was taken to hospital with stab wounds. Thankfully, his injuries are not life-threatening.
Suspects in Custody
Two males, aged 19 and 21, were arrested on Thursday in Colchester on suspicion of attempted murder. An earlier arrested 20-year-old man has been released without further action.

“Officers from across units are working tirelessly on this investigation,” said Detective Chief Inspector Greg Wood of the Kent and Essex serious crime directorate.
