Teen Stabbed in Horrific Walthamstow Attack

A 16-year-old boy was stabbed twice in the neck in a shocking attack on Billet Road, Walthamstow, this afternoon. Emergency services rushed to the scene after being called at 3.46pm on Monday, March 29.

Crime Scene Locks Down Area

The Met Police have sealed off Billet Road with road closures and a crime scene that is expected to remain for hours as officers launch a full investigation. Witnesses describe the assault as “mindless,” with the victim also injured in the leg. The teen was taken to hospital, but his condition remains unknown.

Section 60 Powers Activated Across Waltham Forest

Police have implemented a Section 60 search order covering the entire E17 postcode area, effective from 4pm on March 29 until 4pm on March 30. This gives officers extended powers to stop and search anyone within the area.

Police Appeal for Information
