Hit-and-Run Shocker on Thanet Way

Kent Police were called at 4.07pm on Friday 10 May after a crash at a red light crossing on the A2990, Thanet Way near the Greenhill Bridge Road roundabout.

The smash involved a silver Citroen and a second vehicle, believed to be a small silver van. The van driver fled the scene heading towards Chestfield.

Emergency Services Rush to Scene

Officers and paramedics from South East Coast Ambulance Service attended promptly. One person was rushed to a local hospital for treatment.

Police Hunt Van Driver and Appeal for Witnesses

Kent Police are hunting the van driver and urge anyone with information or dashcam footage to come forward. You can call them on 01843 222289 quoting reference 10-0912.
