Woman Dies After Collision with Police Car in Bromley
A 57-year-old woman has tragically died following a crash with a marked police vehicle in Bromley.
Accident Details
The incident happened around 5.20pm on Thursday, 1 August at the junction of Farnborough Common and Crofton Road. The pedestrian was hit by a marked police car while crossing the road.
Emergency Response and Investigation
London’s Air Ambulance rushed to the scene, and the woman was taken to a local hospital. Sadly, she passed away at 9.30am the following day, Friday 2 August.
Her next of kin have been informed. The Directorate of Professional Standards and the Independent Office for Police Conduct are now investigating the collision.
