Julia James, 53, was off duty when she was attacked. She had been walking her dog in fields near her home in Snowdown after working remotely. Her body was discovered with serious head injuries.

No Arrests Yet – Motive Unknown

Detectives from the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate are investigating all leads. They have not ruled out the assault being linked to her role with Kent Police. So far, no suspects have been arrested.
