Sandor, 37, of Fir Vale, is wanted for a number of burglaries and thefts.
Six burglaries and one theft were reported at homes and shops in the city centre between June 15 and June 28, 2022.
Police want to hear from anyone who has recently seen or spoken with Sandor, or who knows where he may be staying.
