The 27-year-old is a white man with a slim but muscular build. He sports a full beard and short red hair.
At the time he disappeared, Oliver was wearing a grey sweatshirt, black cargo trousers, and black steel toe-capped boots. He was last seen riding his mountain bike.
Where Could He Be?
Local police are scouring the area. But crucially, they believe Oliver may have headed out of Grays—possibly to the St Pancras area of London.
