A249 Sheppey Crossing Shuts After Serious Crash

The A249 Sheppey Crossing is shut northbound between the B2005 and A2500 following a serious collision just after midnight.

Emergency Services Rush to Scene

Kent Police, South East Coast Ambulance Service, and National Highways Traffic Officers arrived quickly to deal with the incident. The road remains closed with no clear reopening time due to the crash’s severity.
