Blue Audi Hits Pedestrian on Busy A2070
The tragedy struck just after 6.25pm on the northbound A2070 Bad Munstereifel Road, near junctions 10 and 10A of the M20. A blue Audi collided with a man in his 40s on the carriageway. Sadly, despite emergency services rushing to the scene, the pedestrian was pronounced dead.
Police Seek Crucial Dashcam Footage from Driving Instructor
The Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) is leading the probe and is desperate for anyone who saw what happened to step forward. Investigators are particularly keen to speak with a driving instructor believed to have been nearby. Officers think their dashcam footage could hold vital clues.
