Urgent Search Underway for Missing 11-Year-Old Girl from Bolton

Police have launched a frantic hunt for Fatuma Kadir, an 11-year-old girl reported missing from Bolton last night. She vanished just before 10.45pm on 22 July 2021 and was last spotted travelling through major train stations on a mysterious journey south.

Last Seen Heading to London via Birmingham

CCTV footage reveals Fatuma boarding a train at Manchester Piccadilly at 9.27pm, bound for Birmingham New Street. She then caught another train at 11.10pm from Birmingham to London Euston, arriving at 1.13am the following morning.

Fatuma was travelling alongside a man and a woman, who have been captured on CCTV. Police have released images of all three, hoping the public can help pinpoint her location.

Description and Whereabouts

  • Fatuma Kadir: Asian female, slim build, wearing a black headscarf and black dress.
  • Woman accompanying her: Black female, slim build, in a light blue tunic, black trousers, black trainers with white soles, face masked, carrying an orange carrier bag.

Fatuma was last seen leaving London Euston station alone, heading onto Eversholt Street towards Euston Road at 1.17am on 23 July.

Police Plea for Information

Detective Chief Inspector Paul Rollinson said: “We are extremely concerned for Fatuma’s welfare. Her disappearance is very out of character. We’ve been working alongside British Transport Police and Metropolitan Police through the night. The CCTV images of Fatuma and the two people she travelled with are crucial. Anyone who has seen them or has information, no matter how small, should come forward.”
