Emergency crews rushed to the scene and found the vehicle overturned. Witnesses say the car clipped a 1, flipped, and smashed one of the new store’s signs on the way down.

“The driver managed to get out and was absolutely fine when I was there doing traffic control and moving the pole out of the way to allow traffic to pass safely,” shared a local on the Isle of Sheppey Traffic and Travel site.

Road Closures and Traffic Warning

The accident sparked temporary closures on Millennium Way as emergency teams cleared debris and secured the area. Locals are urged to stay alert when driving through the stretch, as some wreckage may still be present.
