Cyclist Knocked Off Bike Near Portchester in Evening Crash
Crash Rocks Fareham to 1 Road
A cyclist was knocked off their bike just after 6.30pm on Tuesday evening near Portchester. The incident took place on the Fareham to 1 Road close to the junction of the A27 and The Thicket.
Rider Treated at Scene
It’s unclear how badly the cyclist was hurt, but paramedics were treating the rider inside an ambulance. Meanwhile, officers from Hampshire Police Roads Policing team are managing the scene.
Bike Seized, Traffic Moving
The cyclist’s bike was loaded into a police van. Luckily, the road remains open with traffic flowing normally in both directions.
