Three Women Missing After 19-Mile Walk in Teesdale

Disappearance on Famous Walking Route

Julie Newton, Joanne Race, and Lucy Woods, all in their mid-50s, set off from Middleton-in-Teesdale early on Sunday morning, May 23, for a 19-mile walk. The trio planned to tackle the popular “Walk 23, High and Low Force, Upper Teesdale” route, known among keen hikers for its stunning views.
