Blaze Breaks Out at La Delizia Bakery in Portsmouth
More than 30 firefighters battled a fierce fire ripping through La Delizia Italian Bakery on London Road, Northend Portsmouth. Crews from Cosham, Southsea, and Portchester raced to the scene at around 8pm on Tuesday.
Flats Evacuated as Fire Rages
The fire broke out in a three-storey building with shops below and flats above. Residents were swiftly evacuated as firefighters donned breathing apparatus and entered the burning building.

Road Closures and Toxic Smoke
Authorities closed London Road in both directions as thick grey smoke poured out of the building. Firefighters worked furiously with hose reels and used high-powered fans to clear smoke and prevent flashovers.
