“We are always learning from national and local incidents and improving the way we respond to emergencies,” said Hannah Scott-Youldon, Assistant Director Operational Support and Resilience. “East Sussex has many tall residential buildings, so it’s our job to make sure residents stay safe and reduce fire risk in their homes. We have delivered the latest training to all firefighters, and these exercises help them sharpen their skills.”
