Five-Car Smash on A2 Near Dartford Shuts Road

Emergency crews rushed to the scene of a five-car pile-up on the A2 coastbound near Bean, close to Dartford, on Friday evening (June 14).

No Serious Injuries in Rush Hour Crash

The crash happened just before 6 PM. Thankfully, Kent Police confirmed there were no serious injuries reported. A police spokesperson said, “Looks like a five-car collision on the A2 coastbound near Bean. No serious injuries are reported on our log. We were called shortly before 6 PM and cleared the scene by around 8:30 PM.”

Road Cleared After Two-Hour Delay

The A2 was fully cleared by 8:30 PM, with traffic returning to normal. Drivers are urged to stay alert and keep safe following distances to prevent similar accidents in the future.
