Blaze Erupts in Acton Flat – Fire Crews Race to Scene
Firefighters rushed to a fierce flat fire in Acton this afternoon. Thick, black smoke poured from the fifth floor of a six-storey block on Bromyard Avenue, sending shockwaves through the neighbourhood.
Massive Response from Fire Brigade
Six fire engines and about 40 firefighters tackled the blaze in a five-room flat. The London Fire Brigade received 28 emergency calls just before midday and scrambled crews from Acton, Hammersmith, Chiswick, Ealing, and nearby stations.
Cause and Casualties Still Unknown
At this stage, it’s not clear how the fire started or whether anyone has been hurt. Firefighters are working hard to contain the flames and protect residents.
