Mystery on Isle of Wight Beach as ‘Body’ Found in Gurnard
Alarm bells rang in Gurnard, Isle of Wight, on Saturday after residents claimed a person or body was spotted on the beach.
Police Race to Gurnard Sailing Club
Hampshire Constabulary officers rushed to the scene just after 2pm near the sailing club. One witness, who preferred to stay anonymous, said they saw officers heading down the beach path after the discovery.
Still No Word on What Was Found
Despite the buzz, it’s not confirmed whether the sighting was actually a body. Oddly, no police cordon was set up, and no ambulance was called to the scene.
