Man Left Fighting for Life After East London Bike Crash

A 47-year-old man is in a critical condition after a serious collision between his motorbike and a car in East London early this morning.

Crash Shuts Down Busy East London Road

Emergency services were called at 6.29am on Thursday, 10 April, to the junction of Deancross Street and Commercial Road, E1, following reports of the crash.

Police, paramedics from the London Ambulance Service, and London Fire Brigade crews rushed to the scene. The motorbike rider was quickly taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries. A car passenger suffered minor injuries and was also hospitalised.

Commuters Face Major Disruption

Commercial Road is now closed both ways while police investigate. Traffic is being diverted via Jubilee Street, causing significant delays for morning commuters.

Police Appeal for Witnesses

No arrests have been made so far. Officers are still probing the crash and urge anyone with dash cam footage or who witnessed the incident to come forward.
