Cash, Tools, and More Stolen in Bold Raids
Thieves rifled through vehicles, stealing cash, a vehicle log book, glasses, a garage controller, and a set of work tools worth around £600. The raiders clearly knew what they were after.
Suspects Spotted
- First suspect: Young white male wearing a red hooded top, black jacket, black tracksuit bottoms with fluorescent stripes, and black-and-white trainers.
- Second suspect: Young white male with ginger or blonde hair, dressed in a black puffer jacket, grey tracksuit, white socks, and black shoes.
Police Warn: Don’t Leave Valuables in Your Car
“Thieves who steal from motor vehicles are opportunists,” said Community Safety Unit Inspector Jim Woodward from Thanet District. “By taking simple precautions, owners can protect their property. Remove all valuables overnight, lock your doors, close windows fully, and park in well-lit or secure locations whenever possible.”
Inspector Woodward also urged drivers to remove portable satnav suction marks to avoid giving away a target.
