Huge Blaze Erupts at Hayes Factory
London’s Rigby Lane was rocked by a massive fire late Monday night as a factory storing around 400 tonnes of waste recycling went up in flames.
Massive Fire Response Launched
The London Fire Brigade scrambled 15 fire engines and over 100 firefighters to tackle the inferno. Crews from Hillingdon, Heathrow, Feltham, Hayes, Heston, and nearby stations rushed to the scene after being called at 11.41pm.

As a safety measure, firefighters removed roughly ten gas cylinders that risked exploding if exposed to the heat. Two aerial ladders and a high-volume pump were also deployed to help battle the blaze.
Cause of Fire Still a Mystery
The LFB has yet to confirm what sparked the massive fire. The incident remains under investigation as crews continue their efforts to bring the situation under control.
