Tragic Incident at Kensington Tube Station
A person was struck by a Tube train at Kensington station tonight, sparking a major emergency response.
Emergency Services Rush to Scene
Police, paramedics, and fire crews were called at 10:10pm on Saturday, December 10th, following reports of the incident on Pelham Street. The victim was trapped under a westbound train, prompting firefighters to work urgently beneath the train.
Station Shut Down and Investigation Underway
Kensington station has been sealed off in both directions. All trains have been halted, with those already past the station forced to reverse. Officers are currently trying to identify the victim and notify their next of kin.
