Tragedy on Finchley Bus: A 78-year-old woman has died in hospital after suffering a cardiac arrest on board a Route 13 bus in Finchley.
Heartbreaking Collapse on Finchley Road
- The elderly woman collapsed shortly after boarding the bus on Finchley Road, NW3, at around 12:35 PM on Saturday, 28 December 2024.
- Emergency crews, including police and the London Ambulance Service, rushed to the scene and took her to hospital.
- Despite life-saving efforts, she sadly passed away a week later on Saturday, 4 January 2025.
Police Probe Underway
- Detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the woman’s death.
- The bus driver is cooperating with officers; no arrests have been made.
- Specially trained officers are supporting the woman’s grieving family.
