Emergency crews were scrambled at around 7.25am following a serious three-vehicle collision on the M25 southbound near junction 3a. The smash involved a red Fiat Punto, a white Renault traffic van, and a Mercedes HGV.
Man Rushed to Hospital but Dies
A man in his 40s was rushed by ambulance to hospital, but tragically he was later pronounced dead. Authorities have informed his next of kin. Thankfully, no other injuries have been reported.
