Woman Dies in Horror M4 Crash near Junction 12
A tragic smash on the M4 this morning has left a woman dead and two others fighting for their lives. The horror unfolded at around 8.40am (7/3) when a black Nissan slammed into a white van in lane four westbound, just before Junction 12.
Serious Injuries and Road Chaos
The woman, believed to be in her sixties, was pronounced dead at the scene. Two other people were rushed to hospital with serious injuries and remain in critical condition. Emergency services quickly shut the carriageway in both directions, causing major delays throughout the morning rush.
Eastbound lanes one to three have reopened, but the westbound stretch remains completely closed, with experts warning it could stay shut for much of the day.
