Gunfire Rocks SE18: Man in His 20s Shot

Police raced to Kingsman Street, SE18, just before midnight on Wednesday, 4 September, after reports of gunfire shook the area.

Crime Scene Chaos

Officers found shell casings scattered and a car damaged, quickly cordoning off the scene. But there were no suspects or victims in sight at first.

Minutes later, at 11:56pm, London Ambulance Service alerted cops to an injured man at a commercial site on nearby Church Street, SE18.

Victim Found and Rushed to Hospital

On arrival, officers discovered a man in his 20s with gunshot wounds. Paramedics treated him before rushing him to hospital. His current condition remains unknown.

Ongoing Investigation — Police Call for Witnesses

Crime scenes remain active on both Kingsman and Church Streets. No arrests have been made yet as police continue their inquiry.
