Tragic Crash on M20 Near Folkestone: Man Dies in Early Morning Collision
Kent Police are hunting witnesses after a fatal smash on the M20 near Folkestone. Just before 3am on Friday, May 25, a 41-year-old man from High Wycombe was hit by a white Mercedes articulated lorry on the London-bound carriageway near Junction 11.
The man died instantly at the scene. Kent’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) rushed to the crash site, closing the carriageway for several hours while they probed the tragedy.
