Train delays wreck RMT boss Mick Lynch’s Brighton Dome appearance
RMT leader Mick Lynch was set to fire up the crowd at The Brighton Dome yesterday evening. But thanks to chaos on the rails, he never made it. According to Chris Webb, communications officer for the CWU, Lynch was held up by major delays on the Brighton mainline.

Labour MP Zara Sultana a no-show as rally draws hundreds
Labour MP Zara Sultana was also due to speak but didn’t show. Instead, Kemptown MP Lloyd Russell Moyle took to the stage alongside a line-up of passionate voices including Sophia Rose, ACORN’s South East Board Director, and Bryan Coyle from East Brighton Food Co-operative.
The event attracted hundreds, buzzing with energy and determination to tackle the cost of living crunch.
