Riverdance Hits the UK for 30th Anniversary Tour
Riverdance, the legendary Irish dance sensation, is back! To celebrate 30 years of toe-tapping brilliance, the troupe is launching a massive UK tour in 2025, hitting 30 venues nationwide.
From Eurovision Breakout to Global Phenomenon
It all started in 1994, when Riverdance wowed millions during the Eurovision Song Contest interval in Dublin. American stars Michael Flatley and Jean Butler stole the show with a performance at The Point Theatre that launched Riverdance onto the world stage.
Director John McColgan said: “We’re proud to mark three decades of artistic excellence. Riverdance has evolved into a global cultural phenomenon while staying true to its Irish roots.”
Tour Dates and Cities Revealed
The tour kicks off on August 12, 2025, at Swansea Arena with three electrifying nights. Then, the troupe will thrill fans across Manchester, Liverpool, Edinburgh, and more. The grand finale is set for London’s iconic Hammersmith Apollo from December 9 to 14.
