Missing Woman Vanishes Without Trace Four Years Ago – Police Still Hunting Clues
Last Seen in Patcham
Gillian, now 53, disappeared from her home in Patcham on August 23, 2017. She was reported missing the following day after failing to return from a routine walk.
Description at Disappearance
Back then, Gillian was 50 years old, white, 5’6″, with a medium build and shoulder-length brown hair. On that day, she wore a thin blue or grey three-quarter length sleeve top, a grey “stone” Peter Storm waterproof jacket, brown ankle boots, a knitted grey scarf, and carried a small grey Karriemor rucksack.
Police Appeal for Information
Detective Inspector Dee Wells expressed the ongoing pain caused by Gillian’s disappearance. “I cannot begin to imagine how difficult the past four years have been for Gillian’s partner and friends,” she said.
“Our officers have worked relentlessly with partner agencies nationwide to uncover any leads, but so far, she remains missing.”
Wells urges the public: “If you have any information – no matter how small – please come forward. Contact us online or call 101.”
