A fierce fire ripped through the ground floor of a mid-terraced house this afternoon. Fire crews battled the blaze in sweltering conditions to get it under control.
No Injuries as Fire Rips Through Home
“There were no people inside the property at the time,” confirmed Station Commander Steven Vydelingum, who was at the scene.
Firefighters Respond to 17 Calls
- The London Fire Brigade received 17 emergency calls about the fire.
- The brigade was alerted at 2:03pm and had the fire out by 3:25pm.
- Crews from Feltham, Hayes, and other nearby stations rushed to the rescue.
Investigation Underway Into Fire Cause
Firefighters are expected to remain on-site into the afternoon as investigators look into what sparked the blaze.
