Man Flees Care Facility in Ilford: Police Launch Search
Ilford police are urgently hunting for 44-year-old Balasankar Narayanan, who vanished after escaping from a care facility during an escorted outing. He was last spotted at around 6:40 PM on Sunday, August 4, when he bolted from staff in a local park.
Urgent Appeal for Public Help
Narayanan, under the watch of an Ilford care centre, took off while out with staff, leaving them unable to find him. Authorities desperately want information on his whereabouts. A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said:
“We are appealing to the public to assist us in locating Balasankar Narayanan. He was last seen in a local Ilford park on Sunday evening and has not returned to the care facility. Our primary concern is for his safety and well-being.”
