Vehicle fire causes traffic chaos

Drivers are facing severe delays after a vehicle burst into flame on A31 this morning One lane remains closed by Police whilst crews from Hampshire fire and rescue tackle the vehicle fire. The incident happened on the A31 eastbound between Picket Post and Stoney Cross at about 7.30am. Traffics is building in the area and disruption is being reported. There are further issues with traffic at junction 3 of the M27 due to a communications error with lights on the roundabout More to follow
