Firefighters called to rescue Mum who got stuck in a SWING in local park

One fire engine from Hampshire Fire and Rescue stationed at Hightown and five fire fighters were mobilised to rescue a mum who was stuck in a child’s swing. The woman slid herself into the swing on Western Shore in Southampton this afternoon, but was unable to get out without assistance. The large contingent of firefighters, arrived in a fire engine, who were eventually able to free her after using step up blocks normally used to stabilise vehicle following a collision.
