Tower Hamlets man critical after having his head stamped on

A man has been rushed to hospital and has been left fighting for his life after a wicked attack. Police were called at 10.34pm on Tuesday, 19 November to Nelson Street Tower Hamlets E1 after a man was found unconscious in the street with a head injury. The man, believed to be aged in his 40s, was treated at the scene by police prior to London Ambulance service arrival. He was then taken to hospital, where he remains in a critical condition. Officers are working to establish how the victim sustained his injuries. There have been no arrests. Officers remain at the scene and enquiries continue. Anyone who has information, images or video that could assist police are asked to call 101 ref CAD 10007/19 Nov.
