Fire Crews called pub blaze in North Woolwich

Fire crews have been called to a blaze at a North Woolwich boozer. 

The blaze broke out just after 1pm on Sunday afternoon at the Henley Arms on Albert Road.

Four fire appliances and twenty fire fighters from the London Fire Brigade  have been sent to deal with the incident.

The cause of the blaze in currently under investigation

The road has been closed in both directions whilst  the fire service deal with the incident
