Eggs From Sainsbury’s, Aidi, Asda Are Affected
A number of supermarkets have recalled eggs due to suspected salmonella.

A certain batch of eggs from several of the UK’s leading supermarkets is being recalled – because they may contain salmonella.

The Food Standards Agency is issuing precautionary advice to consumers who have purchased a specific batch of British Lion eggs.

Affected eggs can be identified by the batch code and the best before date stamped on the eggshell.

The eggs affected are sold in some selected stores listed below in England and Wales only

Asda

Sainsbury’s
